pyextal.jaxMultipole.constants¶

Physical constants, spelled the way the Bloch engine spells them.

The electron-scattering constants are copied from the Fortran rather than recomputed from CODATA, so that a model evaluated here and the engine’s own defaultsf(3, g) agree to the last digit they share.
