In the repository

example/LARBED/STO_001/STO_001_LARBED.ipynb — SrTiO₃ [001], raw scan to refined structure factors in one notebook. The only example that starts from the raw EMPAD .raw file: extraction with pyextal.larbed, then the handoff into dinfo/HDF5, then pre-refinement. Ships with its crystal file STO_001.dat, and generates STO_001_explicit.dat — the same crystal with its beam list written out explicitly — which is what the refinement runs against.

It is not in the toctree above because it has no stored outputs and reads a multi-gigabyte raw file, so nbsphinx would try — and fail — to execute it when building these docs. Open it from the repository instead.
